Posh Training

A safe and respectful workplace begins with awareness, understanding, and shared responsibility. 

A POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Training Session was conducted at our Corporate Office to strengthen employees’ understanding of appropriate workplace conduct, professional boundaries, prevention measures, and the importance of speaking up.

The interactive session encouraged open and meaningful conversations, helping participants understand their roles in creating a secure, inclusive, and supportive work environment. It also reinforced the importance of recognising concerns, responding responsibly, and treating every individual with dignity and respect.
